How does your management fee structure work?
Our standard advisory fee is based on the market value of the assets under management. “When we do better, you do better.”
The fee is calculated as follows:
Assets Under Management | Annual Fee |
---|---|
$0 - $1,000,000 | 1.10% |
$1,000,001 - $2,000,000 | 0.95% |
$2,000,001 - $3,000,000 | 0.85% |
$3,000,001 - $4,000,000 | 0.75% |
$4,000,001 - $5,000,000 | 0.65% |
Above $5,000,000 | 0.50% |
The annual fees are paid quarterly in arrears. The advisory fee is a straight tiered fee and is calculated by assessing the percentage rates using the predefined levels of assets as shown in the above chart and applying the fee to the account value as of the last day of the previous quarter.

Do you do Pro Bono work?
We are committed to giving back to our community by offering Pro Bono financial guidance to families who may not meet our typical client profile or our minimum fee thresholds. These services are designed to assist households that are new to investments, lack a solid retirement savings foundation, or need help identifying and pursuing their financial goals. When deemed appropriate by these families, we also refer them to other advisors if the advisor’s strengths or interests align better with their household’s circumstances. Pro bono meetings are available by appointment on the first Friday of each month.
Please note that these services are reactionary rather than proactive, meaning we respond to specific questions or challenges brought to us during the session rather than providing ongoing support. Interested parties will be asked to sign a disclosure acknowledging the nature of these services.
